Pony Rides & Classes
Due to popular demand we introduced our 20 minute pony ride sessions for children aged 2-6 on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons also Saturday mornings. We take some of our ponies along to our friendly local riding school where we are lucky to be able to use the facilities including a floodlit indoor riding arena (outdoor arena only Saturdays ). This will enable us to keep riding all through the winter months, we have also recently introduced a simple progress scheme to recognise the achievements of our little riders and help them progress in logical steps towards more advanced riding when they are older.
These 20 minute sessions are designed to be fun for younger children, helping them to gain confidence in a safe environment without pressure. The session can consist of a countryside walk or a lead rein lesson in the arena. Children are also able to help groom the ponies and pony parties are also possible if required.
Pre- booking is essential for our weekly classes so please do call or email for further details or to reserve a place for your child. Sessions run from 1.30 – 5pm and Saturday mornings 9.30 – 12 am. Riding hats are provided.

Our weekly riding sessions are held at Oasis Riding Centre, Bursledon just off junction 8 of the M27, next to Manor Farm Country Park.
